I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do that?
Once you have placed an order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.
I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order once it has been processed. Don’t panic! You can easily place a new order quick & easy for the extra item you are wanting. Alternatively email us at email@example.com and we can send you a invoice for the item you want to add and we can add it to your already ordered package.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
No, sorry. All final sale items cannot be returned for a credit note or be exchanged.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
Although it doesn’t happen often, no one is perfect and sometimes faults can occur! Drop us a email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the faults. If we determine the garment is faulty, we will cover postage for you and happily give you a credit note or exchange the faulty item(s) for a new one.
Where is my order confirmation?
Check you email inbox YO! As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking number and confirmation. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
Why was my order canceled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are extremely rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours of the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be sent to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will be reimbursed for the unavailable item.

I received a Parooz Fashions gift card. How do I use it?
In the shopping cart, enter the gift card code in to the appropriate box. Press the 'Add Gift Card' button. The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total. Please note that spot that says 'Discount Code'? Ignore it. You have a Voucher Code, not a Discount Code, and they're totes different.
NOTE: Gift Card is virtual. Recipient will receive an email, not a physical card.
How long will it take to get my order?
It's coming, we promise! We send orders from Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes there might be a delay especially when super cool new items drop online. Your patience is much appreciated by us.
South African deliveries take 24 - 72 hours (working days only) to be delivered. Yaaay! Your item(s) will be sent in most circumstances the day after ordering. Please note if you order on a Friday after 12pm or on a weekend your order will only be dispatched the following Monday.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can! Go to http://www.fastway.co.za/our-services/track-your-parcel enter the label number you received from us via email and Voilà you can see exactly where your order is! Super easy peasy!

How do I make changes to my order?
So here’s the deal, you have two hours from when you purchased item(s) to quickly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the changes you would like to make. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot add products to your order, or change actual item(s) ordered once it has been processed, we can however change sender’s address, and or sizes during the 2 hour period. What are you still doing here? Quick! Email us!
Do you send internationally?
We do not offer this option on our site as of yet, but we love all our local and international customers and can definitely make a special plan for you. Email us at email@example.com with your order enquiry and where you are from and we can send you an appropriate shipping quote.

I’m unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find info on this?
When clicking into a item to purchase, sizes with measurements are listed on actual item. Alternatively the items fit is listed. Please note that size measurements are approximate and may have slight variations.
