Customers are able to return items within 10 days from when the order was received for a store credit. Please note that only the value of the goods will be credited.
Parooz Fashions is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Shipping charges for returning any item(s) will be at the customer’s own cost.
Please follow the instructions on the invoice in your package and return your item(s) within 10 days of receipt to the address below only. Goods sent to the post office will not be collected.

- Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition with all Parooz tags attached.
- If shoes, the items are unworn and show no signs of wear.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and have no marks or damage.
- No make up transfer or stain of any kind to be on item. Please take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up onto item when trying it on.
- No exchanges on Sale items.
- No refunds, unless item is proven to be faulty or have a default. This happens rarely.
Items that do not meet the above criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Parooz Fashions reserves the right to not grant a credit note if all of the above criteria’s are not met.
Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. A credit slip will be processed within 7 working days of receiving package back and a credit note will be emailed to you.
Alternatively if you return item(s) yourself to store, a credit note/ exchange will be processed directly to you at the store.
The following items are non-returnable & credit slips will not be issued for the following:
- All Jewelry
- All hats
- All Interior Items
- All Sale Items
- All Swimwear
Please note the reason we cannot exchange or give you a credit note on any grooming products, Jewelry or swimwear is for health and hygiene reasons.
If you wish to exchange item(s) please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from receiving the product. Our policy states that item(s) must be returned to our address within 10 days of receiving goods & all returns are at customers own cost.
Please state your name, Email address, Phone number, Address, & order number. We will reply confirming receipt of your email. Once we have received and checked returned item(s), we will send you a credit note via email within 7 working days.
